Is the total price in the purchase order form a final price?
“No. You will receive an email from us for the final price along with shipping fee when you check out your shopping cart/done ordering. You will only be making payments after you’ve confirmed the order through replying us in the email.”
Is it possible to add on to the order that has already been made?
“Yes, as long as the payment hasn’t been made.”
Is it possible to cancel or change the order?
“Yes, but please be firm with your orders. Double check if necessary. But if you’ve made the payment and we’ve started our production, you won’t be able to cancel or change it.”
Could the products be purchased directly at your showroom?
“Yes. Some products are ready stock, and specially requested products and quantity need several days to complete.”
